Sarina Russo's 20 Rules of Leadership - Rule 10

To live the role of leader, to be seen to be the leader, I follow a set of 20 rules that govern my attitude and my behaviour. I'm delighted to share today my tenth rule of leadership:

Reward performance unstintingly.

Provide an incentive scheme or profit sharing so that your people find there is room for them to make money and secure themselves financially.

Acknowledge and recognise individual performances with warm and enthusiastic praise.
